Our new home delivery website is officially live! Thank you for your patience as we completed this transition. We are excited to share this new shopping experience with you, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How can I reset my password?
  1. Click here to visit the new home delivery website.
  2. Click “Log in” in the top right hand corner of the website. Click “Forgot your password?”.
  3. Enter your email (all lowercase) to request an Verification Code that will be sent to your email. 
  4. In a separate tab, check your email. You should receive a message from info@smcdairy.com with the subject line: “Account Access Recovery” that has your Verification Code (don’t forget to check your Spam or Junk folders for this email). 
  5. Navigate back to our website and input your Verification Code (code is case-sensitive)
  6. You will be asked to create a new password.
Why can’t I log in?

As part of the transition to our new home delivery e-commerce platform, all customer account passwords have to be reset. To reset your password, visit our online store and select “Forgot your password?” and follow the prompts.

What do I do if I do not have an email address connected to my account or if my email address has changed?

Please reach out to Customer Service directly to update your account with your current email address.

Why can’t I see my standing order?

You should now be able to see your standing order. If you do not, please add your preferred subscriptions or email Customer Service for assistance.

When is my order due?

Your order is due 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. You can confirm your delivery day under your home delivery Profile.
