When peaches are in season, there’s really only one thing to do with them: blend them into a delicious milkshake. This Organic Peach Milkshake is simple, creamy, and can be made with milk and ice cream fresh from our farm. 

It’s a seven-ingredient recipe that comes together in the blender in under five minutes, making it the perfect treat for hot afternoons, backyard hangouts, or just because fresh peaches are too good to pass up. 

 Servings: 2   

  1. Prep the peaches. If using fresh peaches, slice and pit them. If using frozen, no need to thaw. It’ll make the shake extra thick.
  2. Blend the base. Add the peaches, South Mountain Creamery Milk, and vanilla and peach ice cream into a blender.
  3. Sweeten if needed. Taste and add honey if your peaches aren’t quite ripe enough on their own 
  4. Blend until smooth. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds, until creamery and no chunks remain 
  5. Pour and garnish. Pour into glasses, top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a fresh peach slice. 
  6. Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.

  • 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup South Mountain Creamery whole milk 
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream 
  • 1 cup peach ice cream
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional) 
  • pinch of cinnamon 
  • Whipped cream and a peach slice, for garnish
