Orange Ginger Broccolette

Orange Ginger Broccolette
1 lb broccolotte or broccolini (or broccoli rabe or just regular broccoli)
1 piece fresh ginger, peeled and cut into thin slices
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp red pepper flake
1 orange tangelo or tangerine would work, too. Any variety of orange you have on hand.

Boil 1 bunch of broccolette, covered, for 3-4 minutes in salted water

Drain broccolette and set aside

Sauté ginger slices and ½ tsp red pepper flakes in 2 tbsp olive oil briefly over medium heat, until translucent, about 2-3 minutes

Add cooked broccolette to pan

Squeeze the juice of 1 fresh orange into the pan

Turn the broccolette with tongs to combine and coat it; warm in pan for 30-60 seconds
