Preserving the Summer Harvest

Ah, the summer harvest! Not only does summer bring sweet, juicy delicious produce, but it brings it in abundance! Lots and lots of corn, plenty of tomatoes, millions of peaches! We simply cannot consume all of it! Fortunately, we are wise in the ways of preservation. Take advantage of ‘buying in bulk’ and preserve the harvest to enjoy throughout the remains of the year.
