Starting today visitors can immerse themselves through 11, live HD cameras – powered by USTREAM:

CARAGEENAN INFO:
We have had some feedback about an ingredient in our ice cream, Carrageenan. Carageenan is a natural carbohydrate extracted from red seaweed. It is referred to as a seaweed gelatin much like agar agar. The name Carraigin means 'moss of the rock' in Irish. It grows abundantly along the rocky coasts of North America and Europe. In Ireland during the 1800's carrageenan was extracted from Irish Moss and used as a gelatin and thickener, as well as a home remedy. A tea made from Irish moss is used as a tonic, being widely used in Irish folk medicine as a trusted cure for coughs and colds. To read more about this subject please click HERE.

DEACTIVATING VERSUS “ON HOLD”
In an effort to be more cost efficient with our website, we are in the process of deactivating accounts which have not ordered for at least 3 months. We know many of you attend Farmer’s Markets over the summer and you do not receive regular delivery during that time. In this case - we can deactivate your account and note it as “on hold” which will enable you to reactivate and avoid the fee. Other exceptions may also apply. To avoid deactivation in general, please place an order at least once every 3 months…or set up a monthly recurring order. There is no minimum purchase needed, just a delivery! Honey butter anyone?
NON-SMC GLASS BOTTLES??
Over the past few months, you have probably noticed the names and logos of several different creamery's on our milk bottles...names like Heartland Creamery,Shenville Creamery and Rocky Creek. These are actually bottles that we have been able to purchase from these creamery's for less cost than buying new! Some of them are still up and running, like Heartland.
